Our sessions are designed around a personalised full body strength workout and change based on your specific requirements. Sessions are never more than 6 people so you'll get all of the support and attention you need from a coach and more.
SO HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
It all starts with a quick chat on the phone so we can get to know you better! After this, we’ll work out a time for you to pop down for a strategy session.

2-3 Small Group Personal Training sessions each week
We will work through a scientific-based programme built around you to maximise results, get you moving better, feeling fitter and progressing week by week. ​

Team Training
Access to our team training focused on burning calories and improving fitness.

Dedicated Coach
On-site, off-site support, a dedicated coach is there not only to support you but also to hold you accountable, so you can achieve your fitness and health goals.

Personalised Training Programme
All our training programmes are designed around you, with your goals, fitness or injuries in mind. Each session is designed so things can be progressed or regressed depending on your ability.

Bespoke Nutritional Support
No low carb, low fat, baby food, cotton ball, alkaline, cookie, maple syrup or vinegar diets prescribed here (these are all real diets).
Nothing crazy, nothing restrictive; scientific evidence-based guidance designed with you in mind so you’ve got every chance to take control and stick to it!

Progression Tracking
InBody scans, weigh-ins and a photo diary are part of the physical tracking progress. But we don’t just care about how you look; we care about how you feel. You will have scheduled progression calls with your dedicated coach to see how things are going; what’s going well, what’s not?

Private Training Facility
We do it right, you’ll never not know what to do, feel uncomfortable, lost or have to waste time waiting for equipment. Plus, the workout is designed for you, so all you have to think about is turning up on time! ​

Team Training
Our coached team training is all about working together, pushing you to your own limits and having fun. We don't just make up random circuits. We have a monthly theme with periodised progression and each of the below options have several structured formats to keep variety and enjoyment to the max. All exercise stations can be made harder or easier depending on each persons individual ability.

Each session is coached with a maximum of 20-30 people.

HUSTLE
Hustle consists of 25+ stations combining strength, power and conditioning. This is the class for you if you want to lose body fat, gain lean muscle, improve your fitness and have fun. Suitable for everyone. Train at your own pace in a safe space. Every session is coached.


SATURDAY SERVICE
This class is designed specifically to level up your training. It’s a workout that pushes you to your max through carefully crafted intervals. This class is tough - but like everything it’s only as tough as you make it. This session has two coaches.


RECOVER
Our bodies need time to unwind, recover and repair. Switch on your parasympathetic nervous system with focused stretching and controlled breathing.
Keep nimble and oil those joints.


THE GAMES
